Each property is beautifully landscaped and our units are fully HVAC.

We offer Modified Gross Lease - rates include base property insurance, property taxes, structural maintenance, and common area expenses.  There are No additional common area maintenance or triple net charges.

Our Executive Suites are all inclusive (utilities are included with the exception of phone). We provide a Multi Tenant T1 Data Line for your use at no additional charge.  You share the common areas, such as kitchen, conference room, restrooms, and lobby. These suites are located in Tarzana & Palmdale.
